Quality Coordinator

Are you passionate about food safety, and do you have solid experience with quality management and HACCP? Dan Cake in Give is growing, and due to high demand, we are now looking for a quality coordinator to join our dynamic team. We produce everything from sliced cakes to cookies and are in the midst of an exciting development process. The factory expansion has just been completed.

About the Job

You'll have an independent and varied full-time position with broad exposure across the organization.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Maintenance and Development of the Quality Management System and HACCP
• HACCP Team Participation and Internal Audit
• Risk assessment of raw materials, development of sampling plans, and physical sampling
• Participation in day-to-day operations by monitoring production and raw material receipts
• Contribute to the company’s transition toward more digitized documentation and to the further development of our traceability system

Your Profile

We expect you to have 5–7 years of experience in a similar role in the food industry (preferably with baking experience).

In addition, we place importance on the fact that you:

• Has experience with HACCP-based management systems (IFS and BRC)
• Communicates persuasively in Danish and English, both in writing and orally (German is a plus)
• Works in a structured and systematic manner and has a strong sense of order
• I am an experienced IT user and am open to trying new digital systems
• Is trustworthy, a good listener, and thrives in a team environment
