Easter bunnies

Here's how you do it:

With our Easter rum and cocoa balls, it's easy and fun to make these cute little Easter bunnies, which look extra nice on the Easter table.

Start by assembling the truffles: Stick a toothpick through the cocoa and rum ball so that a small tip sticks out at the top. You will use this to attach the ears.

Then make the ears: Cut a marshmallow diagonally lengthwise. Divide each half almost in two (not completely) so that they fold out like little ears. Attach the ears to the tip of a toothpick at the top of each cocoa ball.

You can decorate them with small chocolate buttons or icing as eyes – or leave them plain and simple as they are.

A fun and quick Easter idea that the whole family can help make.
