Shrove Tuesday buns

Here's how you do it:

Our delicious stracciatella muffins are an easy and tasty shortcut to Shrove Tuesday buns with lots of flavor.

Mix a classic cake cream and gently fold in lightly whipped cream to create a light and creamy filling.

Cut your muffins in half. Pipe a layer of cream onto the bottom half and add a teaspoon of raspberry jam in the middle for a fresh, tart twist.

Put the top back on and decorate with icing, freeze-dried raspberries, or whatever you like—the only limit is your imagination.
