Lemon moon ice cream cake

Here's how you do it:

Start by unwrapping your two lemon moons and cutting each of them in half, so you have four half-moons.

Place two of the crescents (the ones without icing) on a plate – this will be the base.

Spread your favorite ice cream in an even, soft layer on top of the bases. You can use anything from classic vanilla to fresh sorbet or creamy pistachio—the only limit is your imagination!

Place the remaining crescents (the ones with icing on top) on top as a lid, and you have your beautiful round ice cream cake.

Top the glaze with a fresh and tangy layer of lemon curd – it provides the perfect balance between sweet and fresh.

Finally, decorate with festive truffles, gold pieces, and some New Year's decorations—perfect for the last night of the year.

A simple, festive, and irresistible ice cream dessert—ready in minutes and sure to be a hit on New Year's Eve!
