tart raspberry mousse and fresh berries
Here's how you do it:
Give your pie crust a new lease on life with a fresh and colorful topping!
Start by placing the tart base on a pretty serving plate.
Fill a piping bag with raspberry mousse and use a star nozzle to pipe small, decorative peaks all over the base – it looks so pretty!
Then spread fresh red berries on top and sprinkle with a little wood sorrel, if desired. Finish with a sprinkling of chopped pistachios, which add both crunch and a beautiful color to the tart.
It's easy to get to, and we actually think it's really beautiful.
