1 marzipan tart
1/4 l milk
3 eggs
1 vanilla bean
White chocolate
300 g fresh strawberries
How to proceed
Unwrapping the marzipan tart
Make vanilla custard from milk, eggs and vanilla stock.
Cool the cream on the counter.
Spread the cream on the marzipan tarts
Garnish with plenty of fresh strawberries.
Chop the white chocolate and sprinkle it on top.
A great tip!
If you don't have a chocolate bar in the house, you can use the dark chocolate spread that ended up on the floor and is now mosaic chocolate in the package
