Dream cake with coffee icing

Here's how you do it:

Unwrap your dream cake and place it on a serving platter.

Brew a strong cup of coffee - preferably an intense espresso or a strong filter coffee. Let it cool slightly.

Put icing sugar in a cup - or bowl - and add the freshly brewed coffee a little at a time. Stir the icing well until you get a smooth and creamy consistency - neither too thin nor too thick. Adjust with more icing sugar or coffee as needed.

Pour your coffee glaze evenly over the dream cake and let it set for a moment to become slightly firm but still soft and rich. Sprinkle chopped almonds on top if desired.

Serve and enjoy the perfect combination of sweet cake and intense coffee - ideal for cozy coffee breaks.
