Summer Tart with Ice Cream, Berries, and Chocolate

Here's how you do it:

A crispy tart crust, creamy ice cream, and fresh berries—a simple combination that both tastes delicious and looks fantastic.

Start by melting dark chocolate and spreading it in a thin layer over the tart crust. When the chocolate hardens, the tart will have a delightful crunch that provides extra contrast to the creamy ice cream.

Whip the vanilla ice cream until light and fluffy, so it has a soft, soft-serve-like consistency, and spread it over the tart crust with the crispy chocolate layer.

Garnish with plenty of fresh berries, lemon balm, and edible flowers for a colorful and inviting look.

The result is a fresh, summery tart in which the crisp chocolate crust, the creamy vanilla ice cream, and the sweet berries complement each other perfectly.
