Syrup roulade with orange cream
Here's how you do it:
Make a classic Christmas roulade with a fresh twist!
Beat equal parts butter and icing sugar together in a bowl until creamy.
Add a little orange marmalade and continue beating until the cream is light and fluffy.
Pipe it on top of the syrup roulade with a star nozzle and finally grate some fresh orange zest on top for a beautiful and fresh finish to the classic Christmas cake.
