Grilled Strawberry Roll with Whipped Cream and Chopped Almonds
Here's how you do it:
Strawberry Swiss roll on the grill is an easy way to turn a classic cake into a warm summer dessert.
A quick turn on the grill gives the strawberry roll a slightly crispy surface that pairs well with the soft filling.
Place the strawberry roll on a foil tray, put it on the hot grill, and let it grill for 3–5 minutes with the lid closed.
Serve the warm Swiss roll lightly whipped cream, chopped almonds, and fresh sliced strawberries.
If you prefer raspberries, you can easily swap out the strawberry roll for a raspberry roll and top it with fresh raspberries instead.
Perfect for cozy summer evenings or when you want to serve a simple dessert with a little twist.
