Easter bunnies

With our Easter rum and cocoa balls, it's easy and fun to make these cute little Easter bunnies, which look extra nice on the Easter table.

Start by assembling the truffles: Stick a toothpick through the cocoa and rum ball so that a small tip sticks out at the top. You will use this to attach the ears.

Then make the ears: Cut a marshmallow diagonally lengthwise. Divide each half almost in two (not completely) so that they fold out like little ears. Attach the ears to the tip of a toothpick at the top of each cocoa ball.

You can decorate them with small chocolate buttons or icing as eyes – or leave them plain and simple as they are.

A fun and quick Easter idea that the whole family can help make.

Enjoy, and happy Easter!

Easter logs as edible place cards

Create a unique and festive Easter table with edible place cards. Start by cutting out paper in the shape of an Easter egg and write your guests' names on it. Place them on top of each Easter Log to create personalized and delicate place cards.

Then set the table with three beautifully arranged bowls filled with Easter truffles, Easter Cocoa Balls and Easter Logs. Using the delicate yellow cakes in this way brings both creativity and sweet treats to the table, while creating an inviting look that pleases both eyes and taste buds.

Perfect for impressing your guests and creating a cozy Easter atmosphere.

Lemon Easter cake topped with meringue

Start by unwrapping your Easter cake and placing it on a serving platter.

Next, make the meringue: beat egg whites until stiff and gradually add sugar until the mixture is glossy and forms firm peaks. Fill the meringue into a piping bag with a star tip and pipe small peaks or wavy patterns over the cake for an elegant look.

Gently burn the top with a gas burner until the meringue has a golden surface. Finish by decorating the cake with small Easter eggs, pressing them lightly into the meringue top for a festive look.

Ice cream dessert with Easter roulade

Start by unwrapping your Easter roulade and cutting it into slices about 2 cm thick. Place a slice in the bottom of a shallow round serving glass and place a scoop of lemon sorbet on top. Finish with another slice of Swiss roll, lightly pressing it down over the ice cream to bring the whole dessert together and create beautiful layers.

Put the glasses in the freezer until ready to serve. Take them out a few moments before serving so they are perfectly chilled without being hard. Garnish with whipped cream and fresh fruit or small Easter eggs for a festive look.
