Ice cream sandwich of raspberry roulade

Start by slicing the raspberry roulade and spread half in the bottom of a freezer-friendly mold.

Place slices of ice cream on top of the roulade pieces and finish with another layer of raspberry roulade to completely cover the ice cream.

Put the mold in the freezer for a few hours and then cut into small ice cream sandwiches - perfect for the summer heat, student parties or just as a sweet surprise.

A delicious and festive dessert that’s both decorative and super easy to serve!

You can choose whether to serve the Dan Cake Raspberry Roll with or without cream.

Muffins with mousse

Sometimes it only takes a little extra to take your dessert table from cozy to absolutely irresistible.

Start with our moist chocolate and stracciatella muffins.

Make a fresh raspberry mousse and a delicious, creamy chocolate mousse. Fill each into a piping bag fitted with a star tip—this will give you the most beautiful, decorative swirls.

Spread the fresh raspberry mousse on your stracciatella muffins and top your chocolate muffins with the rich chocolate mousse.

Garnish with edible flowers, chopped chocolate, and fresh berries for an elegant and colorful presentation.

Perfect for parties, guests—or whenever you just want to make your cake-eating experience a little more special.

Croissants for breakfast

Looking for a delicious addition to your breakfast? Then make sure to include our croissants on your plate.

For example, you can fill the flaky croissants with prosciutto and some good cheese—or you can warm them up slightly in the oven for 1–2 minutes so the cheese melts and makes them extra soft.

Serve them alongside your favorite breakfast items, such as fresh fruit, skyr with toppings, and, of course, a good cup of coffee. This will undoubtedly create an inviting breakfast table that will impress your guests.

Our croissants are easy to serve, ready to eat—and especially hard to resist. They’re absolutely perfect when you want breakfast to be both simple and a little extra delicious.

Easter bunnies

With our Easter rum and cocoa balls, it's easy and fun to make these cute little Easter bunnies, which look extra nice on the Easter table.

Start by assembling the truffles: Stick a toothpick through the cocoa and rum ball so that a small tip sticks out at the top. You will use this to attach the ears.

Then make the ears: Cut a marshmallow diagonally lengthwise. Divide each half almost in two (not completely) so that they fold out like little ears. Attach the ears to the tip of a toothpick at the top of each cocoa ball.

You can decorate them with small chocolate buttons or icing as eyes – or leave them plain and simple as they are.

A fun and quick Easter idea that the whole family can help make.

Enjoy, and happy Easter!
