Sponge cake trifle with berries

  1. Break the sand cake into small pieces
  2. Mix skyr with icing sugar and vanilla
  3. Whip the cream to whipped cream and mix it with the skyr
  4. Cut strawberries into smaller pieces
  5. Assemble the trifle in serving glasses: Place some sand cake pieces in the bottom and sprinkle with sherry if desired
  6. Then add strawberries and vanilla cream and continue with sponge cake, strawberries and cream until the glass is almost full
  7. Place the trifle in the fridge and let it sit for about 3 hours before serving
