4 Dan Cake Chocolate muffins
300 g Icing sugar
100 g Soft butter
25 ml Milk
2 tsp Vanilla sugar
300 g Icing sugar
100 g Soft butter
25 ml Milk
2 tsp Vanilla sugar
How to proceed
- Unwrap and prepare your muffins
- Whisk butter and icing sugar together
- Add milk a little at a time and beat the mixture with a hand mixer until smooth
- Add vanilla and beat with hand mixer again
- Let the frosting rest in the fridge for ½ hour
- Fill it into a piping bag and make nice peaks on muffins
A great tip!
You can also replace vanilla sugar with cocoa powder in your frosting. Then you'll have a delicious cocoa frosting instead.
