Chocolate Muffins with Cookie Dough

Here's how you do it:

Dan Cake Chocolate Muffins can easily be turned into a small dessert.

Make a soft cookie dough using 75 g butter, 75 g brown sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla sugar, 75 g all-purpose flour, and 0.5 dl chopped dark chocolate. Transfer it to a piping bag, make a small indentation in the center of each chocolate muffin, and pipe the soft cookie dough filling into the indentations.

Let your chocolate muffins chill in the fridge for about 10 minutes so the filling can set.

The result is a moist chocolate muffin with a soft, sweet cookie dough center that provides a wonderful contrast to the rich chocolate flavor.

An easy way to put your own spin on the classic version.
