Lemon moon ice cream cake

Start by unwrapping your two lemon moons and cutting each of them in half, so you have four half-moons.

Place two of the crescents (the ones without icing) on a plate – this will be the base.

Spread your favorite ice cream in an even, soft layer on top of the bases. You can use anything from classic vanilla to fresh sorbet or creamy pistachio—the only limit is your imagination!

Place the remaining crescents (the ones with icing on top) on top as a lid, and you have your beautiful round ice cream cake.

Top the glaze with a fresh and tangy layer of lemon curd – it provides the perfect balance between sweet and fresh.

Finally, decorate with festive truffles, gold pieces, and some New Year's decorations—perfect for the last night of the year.

A simple, festive, and irresistible ice cream dessert—ready in minutes and sure to be a hit on New Year's Eve!

Christmas marzipan cake

Give Christmas a delicious layer cake twist!

Take three of our Christmas marzipan tarts with delicious Christmas spices and spread apricot jam on top of two of them. Place the cakes on top of each other - the third one should be on top without jam on top.

Soften the butter and grate in the orange zest for extra Christmas cheer. Beat the butter with icing sugar until you have a light and fluffy buttercream. Spread the cream all around the cake so it looks nice and cohesive, but leave the top free.

Then melt the chocolate. Dip a teaspoon into the melted chocolate and draw little Christmas trees on baking paper. Let them set and then place them upright around the cake - or decorate with whatever Christmas design you like. The only limit is your imagination!

A fun, easy and really nice Christmas cake that's perfect for the cake table.

Ingredients:

  • 3 pcs. Christmas macaron pies
  • 1 glass of apricot jam
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 packs of butter
  • 400 g icing sugar
  • 150 g dark chocolate

Snowmen cakepops

Make snowmen out of large and small oatmeal balls. Put the small oatmeal ball on a stick first as the head, then the large one as the body.

Melt the white and dark chocolate. Dip the oatmeal balls in the white chocolate, let it harden a little. Then pipe buttons and faces on the snowman with the dark chocolate. Serve at the Christmas cake table.

Winter Mini cake with coconut snow

Start by mixing neutral cream cheese with icing sugar and a little lemon juice to give the icing a fresh taste. Use a piping bag to decoratively spread the icing on your cakes.

And remember... you can use both our Spice and Vanilla flavors

For a snowy look, coconut flour can be sprinkled on top - it looks like little snowflakes and gives the cakes a wintry touch. The decorated cookies are perfect for seasonal get-togethers. ❄️

Christmas macaron tart with whipped cream

Give your Christmas table an extra spice with our Christmas macaron tart. It's both rich and moist, making it a firm favorite among Christmas treats.

You can serve it with a bowl of whipped cream, which you can either put on the side or pipe decoratively on top of the pie.

The cream adds an airy counterpoint to the rich flavors of cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cardamom and a hint of orange. You can also garnish the cream with a sprinkle of chopped almonds or grated orange zest to bring out the Christmas flavors and make the tart extra delicate.

Perfect for Christmas fun and requires little preparation.
